Through the Career and Development Service (SDC), the School provides companies with a team specialised in recruitment and career counselling, which provides support both in publicising available offers (of employment, internship or scholarship) and in developing more direct and targeted strategies, such as:

- Stimulation of initiatives that promote the detection of talent, namely the Pool de Talentos FEP and the FEP Master's Challenge;
- Promotion of workshops and sessions on career and skills management;
- Company presentations at FEP;
- Organisation and participation in job and career fairs;
- Organisation of student visits to companies;
- Stimulation and promotion of actions related to entrepreneurship.
