Companies - Projects with companies

Our partnerships translate into concrete initiatives that benefit both students and companies, creating a positive impact on the community and the labour market.

These initiatives enrich the academic experience, while promoting the development of essential skills and the creation of real opportunities in the labour market. Each area reflects our commitment to providing a dynamic and innovative learning environment that prepares students for the challenges of the future.

Talent development and recruitment

  • PRO-SKILLS: extracurricular experience certification programme for all FEP bachelor's and master's students, which recognises and values skills acquired outside the academic environment.
  • FEP Talent Pool: an initiative aimed at detecting high-potential students and promoting them to companies, providing training and development through feedback and workshops, as well as recognising students' talent as future professionals.
  • FEP Master's Challenge: an annual project aimed at all master's students, which supports candidates' personal and professional development by assessing them through individual and group scenarios, with feedback from a jury made up of nine companies from different sectors.
  • ICC - FEP International Case Competition: international competitions organised by the FEP that challenge teams of students to present solutions to real business problems, developing skills in analysis and presentation to the public.
  • Career Portal: a platform that allows companies to advertise professional opportunities and volunteer programmes, as well as search and consult the CVs of students and graduates.

Academic training and research

  • QTEM Network: an international network that brings together leading universities and large companies, allowing master's students to do two semesters abroad, combining studies and an international internship.
  • Prémios de mérito: recognise the academic performance and commitment of students.
  • Prémio Carreira FEP: awarded annually to a graduate who has distinguished themselves through their career and who has contributed to FEP's prestige as an institution of excellence in teaching and research in Economics and Management.

Sustentabilidade e Responsabilidade Social

The project includes training sessions for teachers, visits to the Paper Money Museum and themed events such as the Financial Education Olympics. FEP participates in teacher training and scientific validation of the content, contributing to social innovation and the financial well-being of families.
  • Campus projects: collaborations aimed at improving sustainability and social responsibility within the institution itself.
