FEP has been accredited by the AACSB since February 2021. This is one of the most important international accreditations granted to only 6% of business schools worldwide. AACSB accreditation standards promote the pursuit of excellence and continuous improvement in all business science education provision.

Agency for Assessment and Accreditation of Higher Education (A3ES)
All FEP's bachelor, master and doctoral degrees are accredited by A3ES. The University of Porto has also the institutional accreditation and certification of its internal quality assurance system awarded by A3ES. This agency seeks to ensure the quality of higher education in Portugal through the assessment and accreditation of institutions and study cycles.
