Masters Degree in Food Science and Technology
The Master in Food Science and Technology, a joint programme between FCUP and the School of Engineering at the University of Minho, provides training focused on solving problems in the food and agri-food industries. Students are trained in different areas, from food processing and quality to the development of new products, considering nutritional and sensory aspects, as well as the certification in the food safety management system.
