This degree provided me with solid foundations, both theoretical and practical, which have been fundamental to my career path in food engineering. Without this comprehensive knowledge, I would not have been so well prepared to take on the responsibilities and challenges I have faced so far. The degree not only enabled me to deal with the present, but also gave me a broad and innovative vision for the future of the food industry.
My degree was an enriching experience, both academically and personally. I feel that the course provided me with a solid and comprehensive education, which prepared me to face the challenges of the labour market.
FCUP has always had strong links with the business sector, which made it easier to get in touch with professionals in the field and gave me the opportunity to do an internship at Bfruit. In addition, the course gave me the tools I needed to grow professionally and to continue learning throughout my career.
