The Management Support Unit (UAD) groups the human and material resources necessary to support the operation of the four services it brings together, being responsible for, among others, management planning and control, monitoring the quality system, and preparing studies and opinions.
The Employability and Alumni Support Office (GAEA) promotes the professional insertion of students and contact with Alumni.
The Advisory and Secretariat Office (GAS) performs technical administrative support and secretariat functions for the Director and the Executive, Scientific, and Pedagogical Councils.
The Continuing Training Office (GFC) carries out its activities in the area relating to the provision of continuing training, organizing and promoting non-degree continuing training courses.
The Museum and Exhibition Office (MGE) carries out its activities in the areas of management, museography, and curation of FBAUP's artistic heritage and the management of exhibition spaces.
Academic Services (SA) carry out their activities within the scope of administration, management and support for training carried out by 1st, 2nd and 3rd Cycle courses, as well as Specialization courses that do not award a degree and promotion and support for cooperation actions and international mobility programs.
Academic Services comprise:
- Postgraduate Center;
- Undergraduate Center;
- International Relations Center.
The Communication Service's (SC) mission is to establish a link between FBAUP and its main groups of collaborators, defining and promoting the internal and external image of the college.
The Documentation and Information Service (SDI) carries out its activities in the areas of management, acquisition, planning, processing, dissemination, and control of documentation, conservation of documentation, and information of an artistic, scientific, cultural, and pedagogical nature.
FBAUP's Financial Service (SF) comprises the activity within the scope of financial and accounting management of FBAUP's operations, carried out by the Shared Services of the University of Porto, either by its Local Unit or by its Central unit, in conjunction with a Senior Technician designated by the Director and belonging to the Management Support Unit.
The Asset Management, Maintenance, Logistics, and IT Systems Service (SGPMLSI) carries out its activities within the scope of current operations, maintenance, and adaptation, if necessary, of all buildings and grounds, FBAUP infrastructures and equipment, logistical support for activities academic activities, as well as ensuring the functioning of computer networks and systems.
The Human Resources Service (SRH) comprises the activity within the scope of the administration of FBAUP's human resources, carried out by the Shared Services of the University of Porto, either by its Local Unit or by its Central unit, in conjunction with an Intermediate Manager designated by the Director and belonging to the Management Support Unit.
The Technical and Official Services (STO) carry out their activities within the scope of technical and official support for pedagogical activities and support for other activities developed by FBAUP, such as research, the provision of services and cultural activities, managing the spaces and equipment assigned to them. .
