Social Commitment - Ethics

The Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Sport of the University of Porto (CEFADE) is a collegiate and independent body that aims to promote compliance with and respect for standards of integrity, honesty and ethical quality in the activity of the Faculty of Sport of the University of Porto and its members.

Request for Opinions

Requests for opinions should be made to the President of the Commission by emailing [email protected], to which it must be attached:

  1. a formal letter addressed to the President of CEFADE requesting an opinion;
  2. a summary of the project (no word limit), with detailed information on the methodological aspects that are relevant from an ethical point of view. The evaluation of the methods will be carried out focussing on ethical aspects and not from the point of view of scientific merit.
  3. the informed consent form (if applicable),
  4. the Curriculum Vitae of those responsible, as well as the opinion request form and the electronic form, duly completed.
