With a view to institutional cooperation or publicising its activities, FADEUP promotes and welcomes individual and institutional visits throughout the year.
Teachers, researchers, or institutions are hosted for varying lengths of time and with different objectives, such as teaching classes, exchanging knowledge, conducting research activities, getting to know the training programmes and activities on offer, attending events, or establishing protocols and partnerships.
Every year, FADEUP welcomes hundreds of individual visitors from all over the world, such as Professors Go Tani (University of São Paulo), Jim Richards (University of Central Lancashire), Gerardo Bielons (Autonomous University of Madrid) and Peter Hastie (Auburn University), Oleksiv Torokhtiy (Olympic weightlifter), Martino Goretti (World Rowing Champion) and Hemilton Costa (Deaflympic athlete), among many others.
Institutional visitors also come from all over the world, such as the European Handball Federation (EHF), the Secretary of State for Youth and Sport of the Government of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste and various international university delegations, among many others.
