Dr. Stephan Pflaum is a social scientist and coordinator of the Career Community at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich. He completed his doctorate there in the Department of Education on the topic of career mentoring. In his function, he advises students and doctoral candidates from all departments of the university on all aspects of a successful career entry, the first steps in their career and connects them with companies as well as mentors from all industries and professions. He is a lecturer and author of various articles on the topics of human resources management, mentoring and consulting.
