The Digital Talent Fair 2021 is part of the Digital Days and takes place on the 15th and 16th July 2021, between 14:00 and 18:00 at an online platform available at https://digitaltalent.easyvirtualfair.com.

The participation in Digital Talent Fair requires a registration at https://digitaltalent.easyvirtualfair.com, where the participants should accept the conditions applied by Easy Virtual Fair.

The Digital Talent Fair is jointly organized by the Faculty of Engineering (FEUP) and the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto (FCUP), hereafter designated as Organisation Committee (OC).

The virtual fair takes place between 14:00 and 18:00 on both event days. There will be other activities running as part of the program of the Digital Days: DEI Open Day and Open DCC.

The Digital Talent Fair is composed by:

• virtual stands where the companies will be represented and it will be possible the presentation of their mission, chat and networking sessions with participants and CV presentation;
• a conference with some companies and entities representants that will take place on the afternoon of 15th July 2021 (information available soon).

The participation of students and graduates in Digital Days activities is free, but online registration is mandatory on the event’s website (https://digitaltalent.easyvirtualfair.com/prefair).

Registration for students and graduates will start on 17th June 2021 and will be open until the ending of the event.

The OC reserves the right to change some of the information hereby provided. Every effort will be made to notify the students about any schedule changes or cancellations.

The Digital Talent Fair is advertised on other U.Porto faculties, their students and graduates, professors and researchers of FEUP and FCUP, associations, media and general public.

The OC is responsible for promoting this event in the Media, on FEUP and FCUP’s Pages and social media channels.

The students’ associations which collaborate with the OC will also do their own promotion using their means.

It is expected the presence of around 30 national and international companies interested in recruiting for the different subareas of digital areas, 5 sponsors and 5 partner companies/entities. The registration and participation in Digital Talent Fair requires filling out a form with personal and professional data.

The treatment of the collected data in the registration act will be used for the logistics of the event or for the advertisement of future events related to recruitment. Also the images collected during the Fair will be used by the OC for promotional purposes.

The collected data in the registration act will be made available to participating companies for the advertising campaigns and future communication related to recruitment.
