Technical Exhibition
Each exhibition area has 6m2 (2x3 m2) and is provided with white laminated boards, lighting, one table and chair;
Other equipment can be provided upon request;
The fee per exhibition area is 1500 € + VAT;
The price includes the participation of two persons in the Conference Reception, all Conference lunches and coffee-breaks and one person in the Conference Gala Dinner.
CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT
50% until 31 October 2013; 50% until 31 January 2014.
