Registration Fees

• Early registration deadline: June 24th, 2017.
• Late registration deadline: August 31th, 2017.

* Registration fee includes:

• Springer digital proceedings
• access to the technical program
• welcome, coffee-breaks and lunches
• social program and conference dinner

** Student registration fee includes:

• Springer digital proceedings
• access to the technical program
• welcome, coffee-breaks and lunches

*** Reduced registration fee (for students without paper in tracks) includes:

• participation in SDIA / BAAI poster session
• participation in AI competition sessions
• access to the technical program
• welcome, coffee-breaks, 1st day lunch

Important Information

• Accepted Papers: In order to have a paper published in the conference proceedings, at least one author of the paper must be registered as presenter by the early registration deadline. For authors backing up more than one paper, an additional fee of €100 is charged for every paper except the first.
• Student Registration: In order to complete the registration, students must provide a certificate of enrollment issued by their university.
