Speed Talks

TARGET: Companies | Students and FEUP Graduates
DATE & TIME:  18th and 19th of October; check time at the bottom of the page | 90 minutes/session
LOCATION:   Atos Room (A104)

Speed Talks are 90 minutes’ sessions in which companies are challenged to convince students and graduates that they are the ideal place for them to start their career in a 5 minutes’ pitch.

Companies should base their pitch in these 2 questions:
– Why working in our company
– What we have to offer

Whenever possible companies should have a FEUP graduate speaking about their personal experience as part of the company and to enhance the interaction with the students. We suggest that company use their 5 minutes in a creative and innovative way, so that they can grab the students’ attention. After the pitch the remaining time will be for questions and answers.
